The Online Music Lessons Company Refund Policy


1. When you may be eligible for a refund:
-When you have prepaid lessons or hire charges
-You have purchased an item from The Online Music Lessons Company
2. When you have prepaid lessons and decide not to continue learning with The Online Music Lessons Company, you may elect to have any unused lessons refunded back to your account.
3. Alternatively, if at the end of any term not all lessons were delivered, you may choose to have any lesson credits refunded back to your account instead of carried over to the following term to be caught up.
4. Where you are not continuing with The Online Music Lessons Company, two weeks notice is required. If you have prepaid more than the following two weeks worth of lessons, any lessons beyond the notification period will be refunded.
5. If you are not continuing with The Online Music Lessons Company but are paying for a two week cancelation period, you may choose to attend these lessons. In this situation you need to notify The Online Music Lessons Company of your intention to attend the lessons at least three days prior to the scheduled lesson dates.
6. Where you have prepaid a hire charge for an instrument an no longer wish to hire the instrument, once the instrument has been returned to The Online Music Lessons Company office in a satisfactory condition, any unused hire charge will be refunded back to you.
7. Unused hire charge will be calculated on a pro rata basis.
8. Where you have purchased an item from The Online Music Lessons Company and are unhappy with it, you may be eligible for a refund. Refunds will only be issued when the item is shown to be defective or is substantially not as advertised.
9. How will refunds be processed:
-Refunds will be paid back into the same account they were debited from in the case of Direct Debit payments
-For any other payment method, you may provide an account name, number and BSB of your choosing to have the money repaid into
